Bullied and this guy calling me names?

i m fine at school! i m smart and no one talks bout me.but this guy is soo annoying.hes like the cl clown he makes fun of others drwaing pictures of ppl at board.and today at cl he was toring black board erase at the board and the teacher asked wats the guys name (the taech subsitute) and he said why u snitchng and called me ugly and stuff and i didnt say nothing cuz i m usually quiet and the teacher siad he may be suspended and i m like verii scared tht he might try to beatr me or make fun of me more.and other ties hes also annoys me callin me names.so wat should i do if he tries to beat me or makes fun of me more? and al the ppl at my school are byetches and make fun of ppl everyday.i so hate my school wih i could change school but i cnt no more.
