Really scared... Some kind of lump or squishy thing on the inside on Left testicle PLEASE HELP?

Ok well to tell you Im only 13... turning 14 soon And everything was normal..... then one day I noticed something weird... i know that there are tubes or veins or whatever in each testicle.... but the right testicle where all that is seems normal then the left testicle were all that is feels swollen and or tangled or something.... and it almost feel like threes a soft lump in there but not really... And there seems to be a little discomfort. I was a little scared cause Ive herd of testicular cancer so I researched and found out I should go to a doctor...But I am a super shy person... I don't want know doctor touching me... I hardly ever go to the doctor... I don't think its all that serious... I'll have to wait and see I just wanna know your opinion cause Im a little scared and paranoid right now. please help this is serious.
