I have some questions about my cousin?

she seems .. different. like she is sick ! like not mentally sick but wrong sick ... she has an obsession with hurting cats and eating them and she has this carrot thing and at our grandmas ... mm ill stop there and you see she has this 'thing' where she mushes up the carrot and feeds it to her dogs for punishment (by mush i mean GRIND it up in her ), she is in denial about her secret love for her friend called in this question edaw .. the list goes on i wouldn't say im worried im sickened.. oh and get this she cant stand a minute without me she like has a meltdown and starts hyperventilating
