I really like this girl, but shes just nervous about hooking up (kissing), please help.?

i want to get with her, i dunno i just think that if we start to hook up and stuff she might start feeling something and really want to have a relationship, but shes always nervous, she just neva really thinks anywhere is a good time. i dont have a problem with that but i still really wanna get with her, please put down how you think i can make her feel comfortable, and also tell me what you think i can say to her or ask her about this all. iv already told her how i feel but she didnt really think anything of it, but back then she was kinda into this guy, thats recently broke off. and now i think its the right time to start telling her stuff.
