If they drug test all newborn babies, what does the epidural show up as?

In "what to expect when you are expecting" they said before you recieve your epidural, they might give you a shot of narcotics. And i know the women against a medicated birth say it's because it "drugs" your baby, then what do those drugs show up as on the drug test? Opiods?
