I am experiencing the symptoms of having stones in the bladder, is there any natural way to get rid of this?

i experienced shooting pains in the right side of the abdomen, and pains in my right shoulder up to the right side of the neck, also have back pains. i've seen from the internet that these are symptoms of stone in the gall bladder. Is there any way to get rid of this without undergoing an operation. I mean i there any cleansing diet or something to help me get rid of this?
