I don't know what to do about my dog! Help?

My husband and I have a 8 month old Great Dane and he is beautiful and sweet but he is the biggest little turd and we are at our breaking point. He is creat trained and did well until we moved him into his big kennel and he is peeing and pooping every night now , and I will wake up at 2 am to take him out and doesn't matter so I'm giving an 80lbs dog a bath every morning, he pees on me when people come over, fights me to get in his kennel at night. He will just lay down and not budge and I will have to try and pick him up. I feel so bad because my husband is pretty much done and wants to give him away and I'm trying so hard but I dont think I can take much more. I wanted a trainer and my husband said we've already spent so much money on this dog ( which is very true) Any advice? I have never ever heard of a dog acting this way.
