Vacation Ideas?

My husband would like to take our honeymoon, on our 2 year anniversary. It will be in Sept. We liked NY, but figured it would be too chilly, we would rather go somewhere where sun is a major factor. Mexico was brought up, but not something we were too fond of. Any ideas? We are on a tight budget...
