In my fantasy league who should i start manning or rodgers?

I would start Manning this week. He seemed to get his act together the last half of the game last week, and perhaps his 1.5 week preseason is over? Rodgers has been playing great, but it is always an interesting matchup when the Cowboys play the Packers... and I would just feel safer with Manning and the weaker def.
