Guys, need a little help...about property rights isseu's?

we have a property, and someones claiming it as their's..but we have a complete papers..and we also have a a deed of sale..uhmm..that property has a manganese steal..and we have an operator..they want our operation to stop operating the manganese because they say that, that property is theirs, but they doest have a complete papers..haha we already file them a case but was dismissed,(because of a technical something).. and they are just showing the dismissed case to stop our operator..well, my little question is..do they have a \right in that property though we have a complete papers?/
