How to put photos from a computer onto a cell phone?

I have the new Verizon Wireless Blitz, and I've been looking on webpages and threads and everything to find the answer, but I haven't found jack. :'[ Anyways, yes, I realize I have already posted a question similar, but people aren't answering it. So, I am deciding to ask once AGAIN. Can anybody help me?! :[
